The Association Council Meeting is held on the first Tuesday of the month, between February and August.

Meetings are held in the Baptist Church, 108 Lindsay Street, Hamilton from 7.30pm. All club delegates are required to attend these meetings.

The Annual General Meeting is held immediately following the conclusion of the February Association Council meeting each year.
