Insurance Details PDF Print E-mail

We have pleasure in detailing the 2010 Hunter Christian Churches Football Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and Personal Accident Insurance Program for all Affiliated Clubs, including associated Club Officials and Voluntary Workers.

It is essential that each Club & Association Executive advise all Players, Officials and Volunteers associated with them of the Insurance cover that is in place. It must be clearly understood that after being informed of the level of cover taken out, it is an individual’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has adequate Insurance cover for his/her needs.

A broad outline of the 2010 cover as provided under the Hunter Christian Churches Football program is shown hereunder but further details are provided later in this website

  • Public & Products Liability $10,000,000 ($1,000 Excess)
  • Professional Indemnity $1,000,000 ($1,000 Excess)
  • Death or Permanent Disability $50,000 (Death under 18 years $10,000)
  • Non Medicare Medical Expenses 75% of eligible expenses up to $5,000 $50 Excess

It is essential that, if any member of your Club becomes aware of any circumstances which may result in a claim under the Public Liability or Professional Indemnity sections of the policy, the Insurer must be notified immediately.

OAMPS LASER Insurance services include professional advice on the complete range of general insurance products. We welcome the opportunity to assist you with all your insurance needs.
