At the completion of the game, the winning team or in the case of a draw the home team, shall be responsible for ensuring that the team sheets are delivered to the Registrar (15b Barellan Street, Lambton) by 7.00pm on the day of the game.
Alternatively the results can be faxed on 4957 6780 by 7.00pm provided both sides of the sheet are sent and the original is received by the Registrar by Tuesday.
Failure to do so will result in loss of points for that game.
Hunter Christian Churches Football results are published each week after receipt of team sheets.
 Results are also listed in the Newcastle Herald each Tuesday.
The Association uses and recommends SportingPulse for its statistical records.
