This form is only required when transferring a player between Hunter Christian Churches Football clubs. There is no transfer form required when transferring between Federation clubs and HCCF.
Required when a team includes junior players. This is a legal requirement of NSW Sport and Recreation.
Where possible all fees and registrations should be direct deposited into the Assoc bank account. This form MUST be submitted to the Treasurer whether payment is made by cheque or direct deposit.
Required to be completed by Club Presidents and Secretaries before Clubs can be registered.

Form required when playing strips feature sponsor logos. Management Committee must approve advertising.
